How much do portrait commissions cost?

There are a lot of determining factors that go into the cost of a commission to include size, complexity, number of subjects, color or black and white and background considerations. I prefer to provide a no-obligations proposal for your project so you know exactly what the final costs are and what is involved in creating your portrait commission. Are frames included with the portrait commission?

I do frame all artwork up to 11x17 in a standard black frame with white mat board to protect the artwork during delivery. I do not expect clients to keep this frame. Most clients prefer to choose a frame and mat that suits their decor.
